How much does a deep clean cost in London?
Price depends on property size, condition and which services you need, so we quote on scope rather than an hourly rate that can run over. A one-bedroom flat is a very different job from a four-bedroom house that has not been deep cleaned in three years. Tell us the details and we will give you a fixed price before any work starts.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and trained, and all work is covered by our public liability insurance. Our teams routinely work unattended in homes and in offices containing confidential material.
Can you clean at evenings and weekends?
Yes. Residential work runs seven days a week. Commercial cleaning is usually carried out out of hours by design, so your business is not disrupted — evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays are all standard for us.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 72 hours and we will return and put it right at no charge. That applies to every service, not only end of tenancy work.
Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning products?
Yes, everything. You do not need to provide anything at all. If you have allergies, pets or a preference for particular products, tell us when booking and we will work to that.
